Due to the nature of handmade products we do not accept returns. All the products are packed and shipped carefully. If in case your parcel is damaged while receiving please do not accept it, we will be happy to replace your product or give store credit. We do not refund in any case

Shipping

We ship on Friday of every week. we provided free shipping on paper crafting and macrame products.

Shipping charges for Raw supplies will be charged depending on weight and your location

Estimated time delivery:

It takes 7 days to make and ship for customized products.  depending on your location
We use reputed delivery service like Professional couriers, India post, DTDC, to send our products
